Any visitor can view the website, but to become a participant of Horseware Academy, you must register your details such as name, address and email with us. This enables you to gain access to our full learning platform, to save your progress and to determine how you compare to colleagues and the industry.

You can access your Personally Identifiable Information and confirm that it remains correct and up-to-date or choose whether or not you wish to receive material from us and visiting your user account page. For so long as your account remains active (engagement within a 12-month time frame), you will have access to the course materials and website features specified on our website. You undertake to ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your Horseware Academy Account is and will continue to be accurate, current and complete at all times and that you will maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

Course Modifications
Horseware Academy is an evolving platform with new courses becoming available on a regular basis. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop the Horseware Academy platform, or any of its lessons, altogether. Accordingly, Horseware Ireland may terminate your use of Horseware Academy for any reason.

Horseware Ireland has a vast range of products which differ by sub brand, style and features. Within this there is also both a core range and a seasonal range. To encourage continuous learning and to account for the regular changes to keep the Academy up to date, we do not release all the lessons at once but rather on a rolling basis. Depending on your email settings, we will notify you when new lessons become available. You are encouraged to check back regularly to see if new lessons have been released.

While we take pride in our courses on Horseware Academy, unexpected events do occur. We reserve the right to cancel or remove a course, or to modify any course content or the assessment requirement or weight of any course.

Certificates of Achievement
You will receive a digital certificate when you successfully complete levels 1 – 4. Upon completion of levels 5 and 6, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement from us, which will be mailed to you at the address provided at registration. The certification levels range between 15 and 25 lessons per grade. They differ due to a variety of factors including complexity, range of products, seasonal influences and relevance to a particular topic.

There are six certification levels:
Level 1: Beginner
Level 2: Intermediate
Level 3: High Intermediate
Level 4: Advanced
Level 5: Specialist
Level 6: Expert

Your Horseware Academy certification will remain valid for 12 months. When the certification expires, you'll need to retake all courses within the module to keep your certification.
